KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim arrived at the KL court complex in Jalan Duta at about 9.40am Thursday.
He is expected to be charged in the Sessions Court with sodomy after 10am.
The PKR adviser had left his home in Segambut Dalam about 10 minutes earlier.
The court complex has been a hive of activity since 6.30am with heavy police presence, including FRU, unformed policemen and those in plainclothes.
A crowd of Anwar's supporters has also been steadily growing at the court since 7am.
Roadblocks set up at roads leading to Jln Duta court complex and surrounding areas caused massive jams.
