This is my 2nd time buy things from them..and 1st time happen like this
But good thing is Aishop is very nice people..they really help you..
Here's is my coversation with them..

*(I sent 2 email that they provide in their website and they both send on the same times)

Can the item (1) & (2) exchange to same product..? still have stock available?
and item (3) can it return I dun mind exchange another product.

For the glossy leggings, you can return to us and we will refund to you with e-voucher so you can use it for the next purchase.
For the another 2 item, you may return only the hairband together with the leggings and we will arrange for the replacement.

For item (3), if you would like to exchange, kindly let us know what is the item you want, and we will send out to you together.
If you can't find anything you like, we can send you the refund voucher first, and you can use it in your future order.
By the way, we require you to send back item 2 and 3 to us. you may keep item 1 with you if you like :P it's badly dented and sending back the item to us is quite costly. you may just throw it to recycle bin if it cant be used at all. But do help to make sure you recycle it. Thanks :)
